This site features crowd control barriers, barrier jackets, highway barriers, retractable-belt stanchions and other line management products, turnstiles, industrial gates, waste receptacles, and many other products used by public venues, major events, municipalities, and businesses. Our product line is constantly growing and expanding. Be sure to check back frequently to see our new and innovative additions!
Can I request a quote without adding items to the shopping cart?
Yes. Simply quick the “Request a Quote” button located at the top of every page of this site, and you will access a form. Provide your contact details and information about the product(s) you are interested in, and you will be contacted by a product specialist.
Do you offer price breaks for large quantity purchases?
Yes. For many of our products, you will see the rates for discounts on select multiple-quantity purchases. If you are interested in receiving rates for large-quantity purchases, please use the “Request a quote” option, or call us to speak to a representative.
What are the types of payments you accept?
We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal. We can also accept payments via check or money order (please get confirmation on your final shipping/tax rates prior to paying by check). If you would like to pay by Purchase Order please see below.
Can I supply a Purchase Order?
Yes. Established past customers of Discount Directionals can pay by Purchase Order. For newer customers who wish to pay by Purchase Order, we will first conduct a credit check. Click here for more details.
How are products shipped, and what are the shipping rates?
Most orders are shipped by either UPS Ground or YRC Freight. For large orders, please contact us to request a shipping quote, and we will arrange for the most cost-effective shipping method. For small quantities, shipping rates can be calculated through this site by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” button in your shopping cart. This shows a basic flat rate per product shipping rate estimate. For exact shipping rates, or to discuss shipping options for large quantity orders, please contact our service representatives.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery time is 1-2 business weeks. Delivery time may vary depending upon the products ordered or your location.
Is expedited shipping possible?
Yes, in many cases, expedited shipping can be arranged. We realize there are some cases where our products are needed in emergency or short-notice situations and we will work with you to attempt to meet your needs. In this circumstance, to get the quickest answer, please call us at 1-866-871-4394. If it is after our regular business hours, please fill out the Request A Quote form, and note “expedited shipping request” and you will be contacted by a representative the next day. A rush order fee may be applied for last minute requests.

Do you ship internationally?
