Federal
requirements concerning the placement and
quantity of cone collars state that for a
28" or larger cone, "Retro-reflection
of cones shall be provided by a minimum
6" white band, placed a minimum
of 3" but no more than 4" from the
top...the standard 6" band shall be supplemented
with an additional 4" white band spaced
a minimum of 2" below the 6" band."
The new configuration
will be a 6" collar
placed 3" from the top with a 4"
collar placed 2" below the top collar.
