Posts stack on rack vertically to make loading easier. Holds up to 18 Retracta-BeltsTM or Portable Posts on an easy to roll cart. Fully assembled. For use with all manufacturers posts with up to 14" base and 2 3/4" diameter pole. Padded surface protects the post finish. Removable handle.
