Barrier Jacket Cutting Process

Barrier Jacket Cutting Process

The trained cutting team will be first to start on your order during the production process. Material is either pulled from stock or shipped in within forty eight hours from the manufacturer. Your order is then cut with one of our specific patterns which match your steel or plastic barrier frame size.

Plain Barrier Jackets

After being cut to your specific frame size your order is moved directly to the production floor. The barrier jacket production line leader will put your order into the sewing line. This means that you will have a knowledgeable sewing operator and production line leader looking after your order from start to finish.

Printed Barrier Jackets

Wait a minute, your barricade covers needs to make a stop at the custom printing department! After printing your barricade covers will go through inspection to ensure the quality of your printed image or logo. Then your barrier jackets will go through the same high quality sewing process as the plain barrier jackets.
